Hello everyone! Its a new year and like how all good years start, there’ll be a whole bunch of good stuff coming up the next few weeks!

Jocelyn is this really talented salad tosser and ever since i’ve tried her salads, I’m hooked to brown rice. I’m sure many of us are not really into brown rice and prefer white rice instead and the previous me agreed with you but just one go at Jocelyn’s salad and i’m sure her salads will change your minds =D

SMU Life
Well its my 3rd week in SMU and i’m still surviving. I think its really a blessing that i’ve got so many like-minded and supportive people around me. These are some of the photos i took when SMU has its sport fiesta last friday! It was fun and i’m amazed at the number of fun stuff they actually had for random people to come try out! Great team bonding with my new Leadership and Team building group. In case you are unaware, SMU has a full module on how to work together as a team and well, i think its the least boring but most intensive module. My group is great and spunky! Thats a blessing itsself!

I caught this shot lying on the floor of the bouncer. The whole contraption is actually a running bungee. You run as fast as you can and this cord around your waist will pull you back like a spring. So i got this shot with a small aperture and a slow shutter speed so there’s that movement. Focusing was crazy, its was a 1/2 second thing and she leaped off and got pulled back by the cord!
My camera was like a good 10cm away from his hammer. I used a slow shutter to capture motion and a small aperture to keep things sharp. I wished i focused better =( Most of the time i was afraid Daryl will hit my camera, he was really giving the machine a pounding!
This is teresa, she’s like our team’s cheerleader! Great sense of humor too.
Note to Arrow: I’m gonna aim to get 1 good shot of everyone by the end of the term. We could put that into our team report or something so don’t be sad if your picture here isn’t good or your picture isn’t here.
